Using this site

This website gives general information about our office. Reading it, or sending us a message, does not make you our client and does not create an attorney-client relationship. We become your attorneys only when we both sign an agreement.

No legal advice

Information on this site is general. It is not advice about your situation. Immigration law changes often. Talk to a licensed attorney before acting on anything you read here.

Confidentiality of messages

Please do not send confidential details by email until we have agreed to represent you. Email is not always secure.

Our case-tracking tools

Our office uses software, including the USCIS Case Status API, to check the status of our clients' filings. We use it only for clients we represent and only with the receipt numbers from their own cases. The status information comes from USCIS and may lag the official notice; the notice controls.

Your information

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to ask for correction or deletion. It is part of these terms.

Changes
